How it works

  1. 01Securely send the denial.Through the protected intake we set up — never general email. If you're a clinic, we execute a Business Associate Agreement first.
  2. 02We draft the appeal. Our pipeline reads the EOB against the payer's published policy and the ERISA standard, and writes a cited letter.
  3. 03You review and submit. You review the letter, decide whether to submit, and remain the responsible party. We can act as your authorized representative at your direction.

FAQ

Is this legal advice?

No. Pegasus Three Sixty is not a law firm and does not practice law. Denial Defender is a document-preparation service; using it does not create an attorney–client relationship. For legal advice, consult a licensed attorney.

Do you guarantee the denial gets overturned?

No. Outcomes depend on the payer, the plan, and the facts. We draft the strongest cited appeal we can; the decision is the payer's.

How do you handle patient health information?

EOBs can contain protected health information. We work as a HIPAA Business Associate and sign a BAA with your clinic before any PHI is exchanged, and we use a secure intake — not general email.

Who submits the appeal?

You do, or we submit as your authorized representative at your direction. You review every letter first and remain the responsible party.
